The ICBC Australia branch required a welcoming and comfortable waiting area to enhance the client experience. ICON was tasked with furnishing the waiting lounge, ensuring that the design reflected the bank’s professional image while providing a relaxing space for clients. The focus was on creating an inviting atmosphere where clients can feel at ease during their visit.

Solutions:

ICON provided a series of plush sofa seating arrangements, paired with compact round coffee tables between every two seats. The sofas were designed for comfort, with high-quality materials that offer both durability and a touch of elegance. The small round tables served as convenient surfaces for clients to place personal items or refreshments while waiting. The overall design achieved a balance of modern style and functionality, reinforcing ICBC’s commitment to client comfort and satisfaction.
